To start a Job Order with Rightech, all you need to do is contact an Account Manager with the job description and other important details, such as:

• Location
• Duration
• State date of project
• Projected budget

On top of doing all the recruiting needs for a client, Rightech pays the individual. He/she is our employee. We take complete responsibility taxes, worker's comp, paid time off, 401K, recruitment, and many other cost of labor factors.

Each consultant through Rightech undergoes a thorough background investigation which includes, but not limited to employment verification, drug and background check.

The client can keep the consultant for as long as they need since Rightech offers both staffing for short and long term projects. The time frame doesn’t even need to be decided upon up front.
